i don't know who i am, but this isn't it.

i parted my hair diagonally tonight.  just for kicks.  just to say that Darius could still love me, because i wear my hair in different styles. 

listening to Razia's Shadow, specifically The Missing Piece, has made me realise something spectacular:  I am not in love with anybody.  I'm not falling in love with anybody.  I think this is the first time in my life where everything has stopped at like.  It's... I don't know what it is.  Interesting, because hello, this is me.  Relieving, because oh my life is so much easier.  Frustrating because now I can't quote The Missing Piece in case someone thinks my feelings for somebody are deeper than they actually are.  Sigh.

My parents have given me their blessing to not go to Dry Grad, which, I'm sorry Nicole, I'm not going to do.  Go, that is.  Party at my house (which I also have my parents' blessing for) with people who made my Pitt high school experience what it is. 

Anyways, I'm off to Nikki's for a few hours.  Good night.

oh, and, you all know how I feel about Tokio Hotel but I gotta admit I gasped and freaked the fuck out when I saw that one of them was in an accident.  Thank God it wasn't major.  Also I have no idea who the Deftones are but I hope everything is okay there.

I'm listening to the Hush Sound and just realised I haven't read most of Murder by Death's tour diary.  FAIL SELF and I'm pretty sure they still live in a van.  Sarah, you are a stronger woman than I am

I don't like the end of What A Catch.  I think that's the major thing.  It ruins the song for me.  With the strong, slow music, and the emotional lyrics, the ending montage of Fall Out Boy is making me sick because to me that means that this is it, that's the end of the joke.  It's not even the last song on the album.  It just sounds like closure to me and I don't like that. 

Going to Value Village with Shine now.  Halloween costumes, hello!

So Jake wasn't at school at all yesterday, and he changed his Facebook status to Jake says "Goodbye Dollarama buddies, it was fun."  I added him on MSN last night, he's online Facebook rn but still hasn't accepted on MSN.  So yeah, I'm just... blah right now, because I don't know what to think. 

We I spent most of the night/morning looking through old yearbooks.  omg, my friends as babies!  Oh, and, I was reading the grad write ups, and one girl had a verse and a chorus of Girl Anachronism by the Dresden Dolls.  That's it.  It was the coolest, strangest thing. 

I just read Anyone Else But You by [info]zarah5  again.  Well, I started it yesterday but then finished it today.  It was mostly because I was thinking about writing a Murder by Death fic of a similar structure, also because it's so amazing.  Fuck Wednesday Night Boys (though it's amazing,) everyone should read Anyone Else But You. 

Work work work.  The girls went to Metrotown without me.  I was sad.  But Nikki's promised we'll go another day, and I'd rather go with Shine anyways.  Nikki says they saw him on the way out and his hair looks good, so, I'm excited.

Ugh.  Grad Trans.  Jon actually talked to me kinda which is awesome.  And we learned all about work experience and post-secondary.  I really need to get down there and see if they know anything about the programs I want.  Probably not.  How do you explainthat you want to go into the music industry but can't play anything other than the first like, four notes of Stairway to Heaven on guitar?
